WinterFest 2009
FlaCarShows.com is the WinterFest host, and the show is held in Cocoa the third weekend of February.

This year, there was a Friday evening cruise in, and a Top 30 participant-judged show on Saturday.

Cruise in and car show participation was well above last year, and those attending commented positively about the show, and a good time was had by all!

Unfortunately, due to a previous commitment, ex-Senator...now Congressman...Bill Posey was unable to attend, but he DID find time to call, and express his unhappiness about not being able to be there. He will, however, be at WinterFest 2010, and has already marked his calendar!

My thanks to ALL who attended, as well as those from the 2009 Marquee Club, South East Rods & Customs.

BIG thanks go to the Old Guys, who arrived early to help with the prep work, and who insured that the show ran smoothly...your efforts ARE appreciated!

Photos from WinterFest are coming soon.

Next month, the Old Guys are headed to Ocala, where Packard Bill will display his '49 Packard, and son Steve will display his Billetproof award-winning Chevy Rat Rod.
